Use of content

Content on Autiqa, including analysis, charts, and reports, is provided for informational purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell Autiqa content without written permission.

Data accuracy

Market data is derived from publicly available government registration records. While we strive for accuracy, Autiqa does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any data presented and is not liable for decisions made based on this information.

Vault reports

The public Vault collection can be read without payment or an account. PDF downloads require a name and valid email address, but do not create an account or paid entitlement. Source attribution and any report-specific notices remain applicable when material is quoted or redistributed.

Paid data packages

A paid Vault data package is a one-time licence for internal use within the buyer's organisation. Unless Autiqa gives written permission, the buyer may not resell, redistribute, publish at row level, or use the package to create a competing data product. The catalogue identifies the geography, financial-year period, package contents, price, and version before payment.

After confirmed payment, the purchaser receives 24 hours of account access and up to five successful download claims. Each signed link is temporary. An FY refresh applies to future purchases and does not silently replace the exact file already purchased. If Autiqa issues a formal correction, it may be made available against the original purchase. Failed, duplicate, refunded, and disputed payments do not create or retain an active download licence.

Only packages for which Autiqa has completed its publication and data-rights review are offered for sale. Package availability may be withdrawn when a source, rights, security, or quality issue is identified. Any refund required by applicable law remains unaffected by these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
