Privacy Policy

Autiqa ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we use it.

What we collect

If you subscribe to our newsletter, request access, or buy or download a Vault package, we collect your name and email address plus optional organisation details you provide. For a purchase we also store the order, payment identifiers, amount, invoice, package version, grant expiry and download events. Checkout does not subscribe you to marketing email.

Razorpay processes payment credentials such as card or UPI details. Autiqa does not receive or store those credentials. Supabase provides authentication, the private catalogue database, and private file storage. Signed download links expire; security logs may include a one-way hash of network information, browser details, and timestamps used to prevent abuse and investigate failures.

Auto IQ newsletter subscriptions are handled by Beehiiv. When you submit your email on Autiqa, or use a Beehiiv subscription form, Beehiiv processes that address under its own privacy terms so it can deliver the newsletter and manage your subscription preferences.

Accounts and AI conversations

Google sign-in verifies your account. Supabase stores your private saved conversations so you can reopen, rename or delete them across devices. Old conversations stored on a device are uploaded only when you choose to import them. Essential authentication cookies maintain your session.

When you use AI answers, your chat text and relevant tool results are sent to OpenRouter and its model providers. Download and verification emails are sent through our transactional email provider, Resend. Guest download tokens are stored as one-way hashes and expire; receiving data does not subscribe you to marketing.

We do not send your email address, private download tokens, form details or chat content to analytics. Account, AI, login and email-download pages do not load the site's analytics integration.

Error monitoring

We use Sentry to diagnose application failures. Reports include technical error types, code locations, release information and sanitised page paths. Our configuration excludes user identity, request bodies, cookies, headers, URL parameters, browser-local scenarios and chat content. Arbitrary error messages are replaced with a generic description before transmission. Session replay, performance tracing and application-log collection are disabled. Reports are processed by Sentry in its EU data region under its privacy terms. As with any network service, Sentry receives network connection information when a report is delivered.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate geography, device type, and aggregate product interactions such as newsletter signup, Vault downloads, TCO calculator use, and checkout starts). Google may process this data under its own terms. We do not sell your data to third parties. You can control advertising and analytics cookies through your browser settings and Google's ad settings.

Data

Market data displayed on Autiqa is derived from publicly available government registration data.

Retention and your choices

We retain transaction and invoice records for operational, accounting, fraud-prevention, and legal purposes. Access logs are retained only as long as reasonably needed for security and support. You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable; legal recordkeeping duties may require us to retain some transaction data.
